The second conference for teachers was organized in Edinburgh, on 4-5th December, 2018. Representatives of the schools, involved in the BRIDGE Programme from five different countries and several students and teachers of East-Lothian schools participated in the conference, in the heart of the beautiful old town. School visits were a good possibility for the guests to have some daily experiences of the realization of the student voice.
The fifth ‘Student Voice – the Bridge to Learning’ project meeting was held in Piran on 09-10. May, 2018 with the participation of the five partner countries: Ireland, Hungary, the Netherlands Scotland and Slovenia. The overall aim of the meeting was to discuss the intellectual outputs – the Tools, the CDPs, the Models - of the project.
The fourth ’Student Voice – the Bridge to Learning’ project meeting was held in Utrecht, on 11-12 October, 2017 with the participation of the five partner countries: Slovenia, Scotland, Ireland, Hungary and the Netherlands.
The second Student Voice – the Bridge to Learning project meeting was held in Dublin, Ireland on 18-19th January, 2017 with the participation of the five partner institutions from Ireland, Scotland, Hungary, Slovenia, and The Netherlands. The purpose of the meeting is to prepare evaluation tools at national and transnational level and plan further steps of the project.
The aim of the new project is to empower students to participate meaningfully and collaboratively in improving their experience of school, encouraging their engagement in learning and improving teacher-student relationships. Student voice - the Bridge to Learning will provide different models of working in partnership with students by giving them voice and develop their skills and attitudes to become responsible and democratic citizens.
